Still having problems, truck will run with starting fluid, fuel pressure is about 10lbs. replaced fuel pump relay, with tbi injectors unpluged and key on the (A) side reads 12 volts, and the (B) side

reads about 9 volts. Could it be a ecu box? Or fuel pump? Or something else?

It is something else, fuel pressure should be 9 to 13 lbs. This is on the low side. Injector voltage plugged in is like 5 volts on up. Can you see if there is a pulse? It may be dirty or failed injectors.
