Oil hand or chraging hand want work

I have a 2004 Dodge Dakota 3.7 v6 fully electeic
trans, the oil hamd or the voltage hand is showing
as not working. The voltage gauge goes up then
right back down. The alternator has been replaced
and so has the battery and alternator wires. When
u turn it off amd turn it back on the voltage gauge
goes to the first mark, sets there for a min and
goes back down. What's going on?
