will a truck still run if the wire harness is messed up

My truck is throwing all these different codes and I really don't even no what I can afford to
replace so I need to get an ideal of what could b wrong.codes po201 fuel injector control
circuit thru p0208 are reading.0113 IAT is high voltage,0032 upstream oxygen
sencor,0118 MAP high voltage,0108 ECT high voltage,and finally p2181 high temp
operation activated. As for the truck and how it acts, this lightning bolt light that flashes on
the dash.that comes on if u give it just a little to much gas.and I mean very little.if youre on
cruise control it will disengage when this light comes on the truck jerks when the speed
changes but if u can keep it at one speed your fine. some times the temp gauge jumps up
and the check gage light comes on.i pull over turn truck off and no light when I
restart.please please help me.thank you.

Take it to the parts store and have them check the alternator sometimes the regulator in the alt will go bad and put out to much power .
