Austin Healey feels like its running on 3 cylinders

I have restored my BJ7, MK11, 3000 over the last 7 years. I have one problem, the car since I brought it out, It will run fine for 30  to 40 miles and then feel like its running on 3 cylinders. I have changed out the points for CDI. New rotor, cap, wires. cleaned the carbs,(two of)
Once I just visited a freind and after 1/2 hour came out and the car ran fine again.
