my 2005 dodge wont turn on

My car got in a car accendent and it was over heating so we changed the radiator. And sealed the water pump one it doesn't over heat. But when I was checking the sealant the car just stopped in the street. The belt moves but it wont turn on. All the lights on and when u press the gas it wont stick. The pedal will go all the way down easily.
