Dodge neon

Question type: General

I have a 2005 Dodge neon and it's making a really
loud grinding scraping noise like the muffler fell
but it's not the muffler.  It don't matter how slow or
fast I drive it's constant and when I turn the wheel
it's worse

Might be a catalytic converter heat shield. Might be a the brakes rubbing; maybe the disk pad wear sensor.
