Why would front tires stopped turning but tranny seems to be shifting fine but tires don't turn

Check if master cylinder is going bad. Sometimes a master cylinder can continue to apply brake pressure when bad to the point of locking the brakes up and if it is its malfunctioning on the front brake lines, May can relieve the pressure on the front lines at bleeder valve to see if the master cylinder is applying pressure.

No I ment the tires roll freely in park or any gear so the speedo registers a speed but vehicle not going?
