Car not cranking or turning over

I have an 06 stratus and it will not crank or turn
over. No check engine seat belt lights just my oil
light stays on. It doent even try to turn over. Is there
a fail safe switch if the car is missing something?

Multiple possibilities what it is. The battery might be too weak to power the starter, could be the starter, starter relay, or bad connection between the battery and starter.
