2006 DODGE CHARGER WONT START

Car would not go into gear, took apart shifter and replaced the ignition cable.  Now, the car will not start, charged the battery, have juice to the lights, radio, etc...but the car will not turn over! HELP!!!

Can you put the car in neutral? if so try to start it. If it does start then its your safety neutral switch you may have put it back to together wrong.
