all of my lights except the head light on the driver side works and none of the lights on the passenger side works any idea how to fix this problem

It sounds like a common ground is broken or has corrosion . There's gotta be two wires connected for electricity to flow-a positive and a negative(Common ground). Try to find a wiring diagram for your vehicle that shows the common ground points, and then check those points on your vehicle. You might wanna try www.alldatadiy.com for an electrical diagram.
