Would hard doors (driver and passenger) from a late 60's model CJ-5 fit on a 1975 model CJ-5

Question type: General

Would the driver and passenger doors from a late 60's model CJ-5 fit on a 1975 model CJ-5.  Were there any changes to the body tub that would affect this.  i know that there was a change to the tub in 1976, but I am wondering if there were any changes during the 60's and early 70's or would the doors be interchangeable.

If you have access to both, use a tape measure...or even a yardstick, take notes on little cartoon drawings showing where the hinge mounts are, the latch point is and the overall length. Even so, a good body knocker will cut and reweld the latch location for you chop off four inches and fabricate a smaller window for ya, depends on how many hours of qualified work you're willing to pay for...direct swap is really what you want me to say, but as do not have the access you might, really cannot say for sure.
