does a rumbling noise when driving mean a wheelbearing needs changeing it happens at 20mph

I have a vw bora and when driving i noticed a rumbling noise when i reach 20mph. It seems to be coming from the passenger side road wheel. I notice no other problems and my tyres sre pretty new

If you swing the car from side to side does it come and go? If so it will be the bearing. I had to replace the bearing on the front right (sitting in the car). Cost a fortune because the bearing is mounted on the hub of the brake disc and all that has to replaced. I think 270 euro. I have 160000km.
