Question type: Maintenance & Repair

In VolkWagon Bora 2003 Automatic.
When I accelerate first time in the morning or after work in the evening It wont
pick up the gear at first. The engine sounds like its in a small gear. after some
time it start picking up gears and run smooth for the rest of the time.

Check fluid level before starting engine -there's a reason for this. Then, after its warmed up at normal operating temperature check itagain. There are/is some serious drain back problems with this transmission and those two tests will give me better insight. Repost please.

If it's the 'Transmission' fluid level in VW Bora V5 2003 we have to keep eye on, it's sealed by VW (as per local mechanic). How do I check the fluid level.. any work around..
