How do I remove my door panels to get insode my door?

I have a 1969 Merc Marquis Colony Park with power windows. The windows work sporadically and I would like to get into the doors and see if I could repair/replace the power window motors. I do not want to just rip the door panels apart, so I was hopiong for some instructions as to how I take the door panels off. Any info will be appreciated.

2 screws under arm rest,may be some accross bottom of door panels,remove pull one corner held on with plastic plugs pull off raise up top is off.
