Question type: Maintenance & Repair

1999 Chrysler Sirrus. When I turn on the ignition my fuse blows. The mechanic changed the starter for a new one.  I then took it to the grocery store. Then I took it home and parked.  One hour later I went out to start the car and pow the fuse blew.  I changed the fuse thinking it was faulty, same result.  This is why I took it to the garage originaly.  Any ideas why the fuse would blow?

It appears that the fault was caused by a faulty solenoid on the starter. With a replacement, ( free ), My wheels are now up and running. For what periode of time this will last, well????
