99 300m wont turn over

No start or crank,has new battery and starter.just started randomly but
nothing now.

I have a 1999 Chrysler 300m I just put a new battery and alternator on it . It will if I get a jump but it will turn off once I take the jumper cables off . Wat do I do ?
