Look under the carpet in the trunk over the gas tank, sometimes there is an access panel to go threw. If there is not one, then yes the tank has to come down.

should B oblivious right? I see nothing but a big patch of sound deadener with some shapes underneith Tks,

The panel is probably sealed down, probably no screws.

Awesome and only good thing about those cars is that there is a access panel under the rear seat.
