why is my 2000 chrysler 300m blowin cold air but does not over heat

Turn heat on and cold air blows out the vents, but car does not over hea.

No water getting to heater core most likely. Either the valve is stuck shut or the linkage to it. It is vacuum operated, a vacuum hose may have come off. Find the valve to the heater core and try to open it by hand.
