I was drivin my pt cruiser.i heard a noise so i shut it
off.water came out of the bottom.i thnk my water
pump blew and my timming belt.is my car toast or
not.

Doesn't matter when replacing the water pump your going be replacing the timing belt too along with idler and all related components. Depending on vehicle mileage might be more cost effective to change to a lower mileage salvage engine. Do your research before touching anything.
