I accidentally lost my keys down the defrost vent. I am unable to see them any ideas
honestly this is now the 2nd set that has fallen into the broken defrost vent. this time it is
a big key ring and the remote key ring that unlocks the doors is on it. PLEASE HELP

Or get one of those wands with a magnet on the end, flexible shaft. Some part must be steel, magnetic, even if the keys are brass. If not a magnet, some have 'grabber' fingers that open when you push the button on handle

Yes, possible but might take some dis-assembly of the HVAC system. I would try that tool from the top first, go fishing even if you can't see them. The tool is cheap, like under $5, at any auto-parts store. That's if you have a way to get there..call a friend or something if you don't have another car. It really is worth a shot before starting to take things apart
