Paint the bumper or buy new?

I am Bahraini I have Pontiac Star Chief 1956,
I  want to maintain the car

which is better to paint the existing bumper (front&back) which will cost me
around  2000 US$, Or its better to buy another one (new/secondhand)?

and how much it will cost me and where can I get one?

I doubt that you can find a "new" bumper for a 1956 car. The bumper you have could be re-chromed, or re-painted. If you find a new bumper for the car, I think you should buy it, if you can afford it. As far as the car, WOW. Keep that one! Or you could give it to me lol. Best of Luck, Al.
