Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a Catalina with a 389 V8, completely stock Rochester 2bb carb. I am tuning it up and really need some help, does anyone out there know the;
Dwell
Point Gap
Spark Plug gap
And timing.
I would be really appreciative if someone could help me out. If you need more info to answer please let me know.

Dwell should bne fine,points gap 10 thousandsts,plug gap is 45,timeing is 10 degrees BTDC.
