how can i remove oil cooler

who ever had this off before has tighten the bolt and I don't want to do damage forcing it,
any ideas, this is a 2007 vehicle diesel thanks pete

Jyst undo the bolt carefully, use a good fitting tool to do so, preferably a 6 point socket.
