how do i take off my oil pan to get to the oil pump on a 2003 crysler sebring

Asked by Nov 11, 2016 at 11:35 PM about the 2003 Chrysler Sebring

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I almost have it of but the two 10mm pins right beside the exhaust are
obstructing my ability to pull it out. I cant take off my exhaust either due to
excessive rust, on the brink of me snapping them in half if i try to loosen

Most times you have to remove the exhaust for oil pan removal, I know a few of my vehicles are like that. A lot of times you need heat and new studs due to the rust to put the exhaust back together.
