Car starts missing after driving a wile,will restart easily but will only run short while then starts missing again

The car has new plugs,wires coil pcm, fuel injectors,timming belt. With the instalation of new brain it ran about a month with no problems but has started the problem again. codes read out po352-po300-and p2305 all having to do with miss fire and secondary coil problems. I can clear the engine light  and let it set for a while and it may run for an hour or so but eventually will start missing again. Please help me

Has the wiring harness been inspected and tested yet? Hook up a scan tool and watch the live data when the problem occurs,to see what changes or triggers the misfire and the codes. If possible compare Your live data with another comparable Pt Cruiser.

I had a coolant leak in the rear of my engine that shorted my harness and body control module and cluster.
