Power windows not working

The only window that works is the drivers
window. No other ones will go down using
any of the switches, not on their doors or the
drivers controls. Please help!

On the drivers side switch panel there is a lock button or switch if engaged it will stop all the windows from working except the drivers side window.

2010 Sebring convertible windows are supposed to go down and up a little when you open and close the door they don't
