whats wrong with 2005 chrysler 300 3.5 litre, turns over, wont start

it ran fine the night before, i put gas in it, next morning , turns over but wont
start. i scanned it, PO406 came up,i cleared it, engine lite went off, 0 codes,
but wont start.. maybe a fuse, or starter relay or something of that nature??
plzzz help. oh, i sprayed starting fluid in, no help..

start with the basics, check for fuel pressure and spark, you are likely missing one of them. check all fuses and relays.
