2000 Chrysler 300M trouble starting

I have a 2000 Chrysler 300M when the car
starts it runs fine but when I shut it off and
go to restart it the lights on the dash light up
but nothing no clicking like a dead battery
and when I remove a cable from the battery
for about 5 minutes reattach cable then have
the car jumped it starts and runs fine
someone said there is a problem in the
security system any help with this problem
would be greatly appreciated I am wasting so
much gas cause when I go some where I
have to leave the car running

I have a problem with my car when it starts it runs fine but when I turn it off and go to restart it all the dash lights come on but nothing happens when I turn the key I take a battery cable off for about 5 minutes the have someone jump the car then it runs fine until I shut it off some one said it was something faulty in the anti theft but I still can't figure it out any help would be greatly appreciated
