where is the button to open the gas cover

how do you open the outside panel to put gas in a 1990 allante

if it is like my e-body rivi, open the glove box on passenger side. on the face of the box look on the left rim for a button. aloso, there is a spare emergency release in the trunk.

I have a 1993 Allante the fuel door release button is in the center compartment lower portion push down on the lock button to open I went nuts trying to find it
