Driver door window motors typically get used more than the others over the life of the car. With the age of your vehicle it's possibly gone bad. Check wires going to motor for voltage when switch is depressed. If voltage present then motor is bad. Sometimes you can tap on them lightly with something and get them back to working for a while but it will need replaced for it to be trust worthy.

Disconnect the negative battery cable for a minute and reconnect to reset the computer / memory.
