Does it hurt to use 50/50 anti/cool

I as a girl went and used 50/50 peak
antifreeze coolant in my 1997 Cadillac
saville then found out it takes Dex cool is it
ok???

I would check the label and see if Peak is universally compatible with all coolants, including Dexcool. There has been a lot of bad press about Dexcool damaging gaskets. But that is Dexcool, not Peak. Adding Peak might actually help.

I went to Peakauto.com and it clearly states that Peak and Dexcool are compatible. Check it out.

I wouldn't mix ANYTHING with Dex-cool no mater what the label says.
