  • Why won't my 02 ranger 4.0 go past 3000 RPMs? 2 Answers

    The engine starts and idles (a bit high). Won't rev higher than 3000RPM. It seems to flatten out at 3000 almost lit its hitting a rev limiter. New plugs, wires, coil pack and no check engine light....
