98 Cadillac DeVille overheating

It takes 20-25 mins with a/c on to
overheat but turn ac of and it goes
down to 212. The car has 73000
miles

With AC on it runs 196 for 20 mins then creeps it's way up and down til it's at 245 so I turn ac of and it goes down to 212. 73000 miles. Can it be something other than a head gasket?

    It takes about 30 mins to overheating with air on. With air off it doesn't over heat. The temp goes up and down between 196 and 245. It has 73000 miles on it
