i just put a motor in a 1998 cad. deville with a north star motor. now the injector aint pulsating (not working) can anyone have any ideas on what i cant do or try.
cant get the car to start without spraying starting fluid in it.

I have a 1990 Cadillac Deville I put in a new battery and it wont start no power no headlights no clicking to start nothing at all.
