My car will not start ,keep getting message disabled

Car won't start or crank over message once
said starter disabled,remove key,I think
something with codes or anti theaf

Make sure gear shift is in proper gear position and not slightly in between Park and Neutral

My car won't start it keeps telling me that the starter is disabled how would I go about getting it to start
