Cooling fan won't come on my 1999 Cadillac Deville. There is nothing wrong with the relays?

Did you check the fan sensor that turns on and off the fans. It that tests ok, then possible the fan(s) are no good....

coolant temp sensor and i think on GM could try running your ac that should turn your cooling fan on to see if the fan works
