1999 Cadillac Seville keeps overheating the fans are working the water
pump and thermostat has been replaced and it still keeps overheating

If you have replaced all you said there os two thongs left the radiator and checking for oil in radiator or coolant coming out of tail pipe meaning blowed head gasket.
