Correct, you can do it, are you prepared for the cost and work involved? If you don't work on cars, then you will be paying someone else to do it. It's more than an engine. Transmission, wiring harness, computer, bigger brakes, etc. You will have more $$$$ into the conversion than a V8 car and never recoup your $$$. Your best bet is to sell the V6 and purchase a V8 with a manual trans.
