How to remowe the radiator cap. I tried but it wouldnt budge.

Make sure the car has sat awhile and is cold. Push down on the cap while turning. Use the heal of your hand.

Yep Tom's right, that is exactly what I have to do with my Caddie, if you don't wait until the pressure backs off you can't get it off, good thing too that's 18 lbs of pressure keeping that coolant from boiling, so if you did manage to force it off the resulting cascade of scalding coolant would send you to the emergency room then the burn unit.
