Cadillac Overheating Coolant disappearing no leak visible
2002 Cadillac Sedan D. Less than 60k miles on it.
Thermostat and radiator replaced.
Car is still over heating. Coolant replaced almost
every other day. There are no visible leaks. Does
not overheat in neutral.
Question is what could be the problem which
would cause the car to overheat and make the
coolant disappear without any visible leaks? Also,
where is the coolant going?
You may have the infamous Northstar failing head bolt problem.
If while driving it you hear like water splashing in the dash it could be leaking from your heater core! Another possibility is it could be mixing in with your oil or coming out from your water pump while driving it
It is being sent in right now the battery was dead and now its white exhaust coming out if this detail helps.
