Yeesh. All you can do now is pop the cover off the ecu and dry it out, give it several hours to thoroughly dry. Then check all fuses/relays/fusible links and battery for proper voltage and try to start it. In the future, don't hose down a running engine. Just leave 'em nice and greasy.

Never wash an engine. Unless you are going to wipe away until it is done. Power washing or spraying an engine is asking for issues. With today's electrical sensors and computers.....

Always wash your engine when it's COLD and NOT running. Be sure to cover the electronic components with plastic bags or remove them before washing. Things like the alternator, PCM, spark plug wires, ignition coil(s), etc. are water resistant but not waterproof. They don't like to be squirted with a garden hose! Let everything dry out for a day or two and hopefully it will straighten itself out. HTH. -Jim
