I believe they are in the drivers side rear saddlebag storage- if it is locked, your ignition key will unlock it- then press the key cylinder and it will pop open. the tools should be in a little pouch inside.

I have a 05 Cadillac ext the security system has my truck locked so it will not start up I tried using the on star, but I can't get it to work either what do I need to do to get this resolved?
