I have TOYOTA ST 190, engine 1.8 which mixes oil and water on acceleration. the exhaust smoke is steam instead. what could be the problem?

Most common is a blown headgasket, once it is torn down have the head pressure checked just too make sure it isn't cracked, if it checks good then have it milled flat clean the block throughly and install a new headgasket
