Question type: Maintenance & Repair

High and low beams not working on 2002 Ford
explorer drivers side

1 Answer

Check the voltage to the plug on the affected side with at the plug with a multi meter to insure you have 12 volts when lights are on. If voltage suspect bulbs. If no voltage, begin checking backward until you discover where the problem is. A good start is using a small piercing probe just behind the plug to verify the plug is not defective. Then go on from there.
