Rmp's rev high and car has noi power . Can't get it to pick up speed

try to clean the throttle body and check the MAF sensor. Normally it caused the faulty MAF(Mass Air Flow) sensor which positioned next the the air filter box to the throttle body side.
Car has suddenly become gutless. What could be causing this problem?
