Half of my instrument cluster lights don't turn on. I also dont hear my fuel pump when I turn my key foward. I bypass the fuel sensor located under the hood and I can hear my fuel pump turn on.

Fuel Delivery: are the injectors firing? Is the Fuel pressure up to Specification? Fuel sensor under the hood? No - there's no fuel sensor under the hood of that car. SPARK: Are you getting spark to the plugs? Is the rotor pointing at the #1 terminal of the distributor with the engine at TDC? Could the Timing Chain have jumped (Verified by the distributor timing and a compression test). Heat - Fuel - Oxygen: the fire triangle.
