Ford trip meter stuck

My 2002 Ford Escape xls odometer is stuck on the
trip set and I can't not turn it back, the button is
broken.  What should I do?

The instrument cluster would have to come out, you would have to find a qualified shop to be able to do this. Normally they replace the instrument cluster.
