engine wont start after sitting for 12 months

Ha,ve spark at spark plugs.Fuel pump running,have fuel delivery to injector pump,have fuel at tank return.Have no fuel at injector line when winding over.HELP

I removed air intake hose at inlet manifold and sprayed aero start in while winding engine over.It ran on aero start sporadically for approx. 20 seconds and then ran on petrol.It has been left a month and started well.
