bleed an injected petrol fuel line in '85 f100

I have just replaced a selector valve in my '85 f100 and now need to bleed the fuel lines, what is the best way?

All you have to do is cycle the key. On for 5 seconds off for 30 seconds, do this at least three times before attempting to start the engine. This assuming that the in tank lift pumps are operating properly.
