1976 ford f100 inline 6 cold start issues

Truck wont start unless i spray starting fuel in
carburetor and pump the gas clip behind the
carburetor like 20 times then hop in and pump gas
pedal some more..turn it over and rev it up gently a
little untill it stays on..usually i will turn off and got
to pump it sum more untill it idles...after that it will
run out of town perfectly. Just that problem in the
morning
